Within 24 hours you get an email from the practitioner with a short intake form (birth date, time, place + a few context questions).
Your reading is written over the turnaround window shown above and delivered as a permanent page in the House Call app you keep accessing.
Follow-up questions are included for the first 30 days (rate-limited to 3 per week).

Refunds: full refund any time before the reading is delivered. After delivery, no refund - the work is already done.
